PeopleNTech Limited is looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self -motivated, career-oriented dynamic Operation Manager with good command in English & technical knowledge who will work with us to run the company.
Operation Manager shall be the one of the highest-ranked appointed individual Executive of PeopleNTech Ltd. He will be responsible for the overall success of the company; managing the Company day to day operation and capable of making top-level managerial decisions.
The Operation Manager will reports directly to, and is accountable to, the Board of Directors of the company.
Work closely with the Management and other responsible of the company to influence the creation and communications of company's strategy.
Responsible for total office operation to execution with efficient planning.
Must be hard working, have controlling power to manage overall activities of the company.
Should be responsible to maintain liaison with Govt. & Non Govt. offices like Ministry of ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, BASIS IDB etc.
The main purpose of this position is to develop and introduce sales strategies to improve current business.
Develop and execute daily & monthly sales & marketing plans to ensure efficient sales and reduction in company overheads.
Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
Managing budgets, allocating funds, and defining financial objectives.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Monitoring the human resource requirements, employee records maintenance, employee skills management programs and disciplinary matters.
Extensive knowledge on Tender based marketing and management.
Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
Attending the meeting, hearing, discussion, negotiation, persuasion for the development of the company and the industry and for any other legitimate purpose with the regulators, clients, governments and other stakeholders.
Being an effective people manager providing leadership, coaching and support as necessary to meet individual development goals and develop a strong global succession plan.
Overall responsibility to achieve that is given by the management.
Experience (s) :
8 to 10 year(s)
MSc/MBA from any renowned university.
Education Qualification can be compromised only for highly potential Candidates with Information Technology Experience.
